Since the 18 March 2007 I have not the time to post anything as there were not anymore development of donations through this website, but since then we have done quite a few things in order to finish up with this projects. We spent all the balance of the funds in Nias Island and still need more funding to finish it. Now 26 December 2008, it is 4 years exactly after the tsunami and Earthquake in Aceh and in Nias. These are jointly done with a few other clubs, some project we participated in the Matching Grant and some project we jointly doing funds raising such as Golf Tournament in Rancamaya Jakarta, and directly also some donations by some clubs in the US directly sent funds to the account in Jakarta of directly to the Contractors account as we have been considered slow payer:

So this Mandrehe SD school is now ready for use. We need still to provide them with tools and equipments, banks and tables but that we will make through local fund raising and probably Matching Grants.
Below I want to show you some photos of One Van for gardening in Nias where we also participating in the Maching Grant Funding, and also Making four wheel drive Ambulance that is also partially funded by us in order to process with the Matching Grant.

With this message we have used all the remaining funds, and with a lot of shortages, we tried to get from a golf tournaments and other fundraising, and no one gave any donations after 24 August 2006 for this account. |
